she says "look at me mom, i'm a rocking star" (i think that's what get when you cross a rocking horse with a rock star)
(and yes, isla did have a wardrobe change half-way through the day)
behind is the construction on our new rock wall...it's now finished so i guess i should take pictures of that, too.

I'm smitten w/ Isla's red swimsuit (and I love that she changed half way thru the day!) and that big smile on Macrae's face is to die for! Can't wait to snap some pics of your cuties Anna!!
I'm totally chuckling at Isla saying, "look mom, I'm a rocking star", and then seeing that picture to go along with it... that is just hilarious! Don't you just love this time in our lives with these young ones? They help us to take time to laugh at the small things each day... so refreshing!
And Macrae is the most handsome boy ever!!!
i love that red swimsuit too...long live the Gymboree outlet 'cuz I picked one up for my niece even though I missed that line last year:) glad your cute kids enjoyed the warm sun yesterday!! Cole had t-ball then both Chris & I exercised in the a.m. (don't recommend running in that heat-ugh!)but our fun in the sun was shortlived when we were rearended & spent afternoon @ hot gas station parking lot waiting for a tow truck...hopefully the weather will last into next week so we can make up for it?!

I LOVE that picture of Mcrae with the precious smile! It melts my heart. I don't know what it is but a baby in a clean white onesie is so sweet to me I just love it. You could see all his chubbiness and sweet, soft skin. I can't wait to see him again and his burgeoning personality.
Cute kids! I agree with Alisa about the swimsuits being even cuter b/c who is wearing them! I can't wait to see all of Isla's engergy--Adam has plenty of that too!
I shoulda been there, diet coke in hand, laying out like a beached whale on your front lawn. Meanwhile, Marion would be off fetching donuts for us while we found people to gossip about. SEE, you thought it was a great day, but it could have been even better!!
