i have had three pretty darn good days...i've been a good skinny girl in the eating arena and worked out once (with a run planned tonight, too).
so it's ON LIKE DONKEY KONG my friend! i'm only weighing in once a week so i don't get cocky and relax in between. but my goal is to be down 10 pounds in 7 weeks!!
gonna run 3 miles later tonight...put that in your hat and smoke it!
