what the scale told me that i have lost since starting my bet with becky : 4.5
~actually, this morning it said i have lost 5.5 so far. but i'm not believing it until it sticks for a while. that is just too weird considering the way i have been eating. however, if it's true it only proves my theory that sometimes your body just needs more fuel and when you listen to your body, you are rewarded. (no, not the kind of reward i am used to-food-but, weightloss!)
the number of miles i think i ran tonight: 4.5
~it's the most i have been able to run since having the baby. ah, i remember the days when training for a half marathon and a 5 mile run seemed like nothing.
the way i feel right now is pretty darn good.
