(warning: long post with many pictures...i apologize for cramming it all into one posting...and i want to apologize to kjrst for stealing all of her good ideas)

just a short week ago the dyers gathered at a cabin (yes, all of us in one house!)in midway, utah to celebrate the forever love of keith and jenny.

there was some serious relaxing and lots of Ben's cookies...

here's a little recap on the weekend events:

thursday the kids spent most of the day in the copious snow outside the cabin

the next day was snow day for the big kids at Park City

(thanks brandon, for taking one for the team so i could hit the slopes! you are awesome and i love you!)

a little pre-wedding dinner at the Market Street Broiler Grill. the entertainment included embarrassing moments shared in speeches, family slide shows, and a little song by Duff and Andrew. there were so many of Keith's most loved people in attendance i can't possibly picture them all. here's a few...

oh, the day didn't end there...a beautiful ring ceremony at heritage gardens~gorgeous!

keith was a 6 year old boy on christmas morning!!

regardless of what sophie was texting to her friends...this reception was OFF THE HOOK!

we welcome jenny into the "dyer sisterhood" and rejoice for our keeber who found his tenderr roni.

bliss

baby bliss...waking up every 1, 2, 3, (maybe) 4 hours to feed rhett is tiring. but i also enjoy it. i really do smell him and cuddle him (most of the time) when the rest of the house is asleep. two nights ago he actually slept from 11:30 to 6:30. i am convinced it was because he wanted me to be able to make it to church. thank you, rhett. it was a gift to be back at church with our family and hear my husband's sweet testimony all about how much he loved me and US. life is bliss.

here's rhett at one month old. is he dyer or parker? you decide...

macrae spent the first 2 weeks of rhett's life sleeping less than me. poor boy, his life was a little off balance and he could not sleep. he seriously got out of bed over and over and cried on his floor begging to get out of his room. until finally, one night brandon put the crib matress on the floor and let him sleep there. now, he's back to taking a nap every day AND going to bed like a normal toddler. life is getting better for all of us. just a few pictures from brandon's birthday party.

if someone had told me 10 years ago how sweet (literally) my life would be today i would not have been able to imagine it could be true.

now i'm going to feed rhett and go to bed. i might be up every 2-3 hours tonight. but even if i am, life will still be good tomorrow.

since it's brandon's 33rd birthday today i thought i would list the top 33 reasons i love my man!

1. handsome
2. hard working
3. favorite food is steak (who doesn't love steak)
4. best dad
5. takes care of me
6. understands me
7. loves his family
8. loves the gospel
9. lets me sleep in on saturday
10. cleans the gutters without complaining
11. likes to organize the garage
12. loves to cook waffles on saturdays (oh, and eat them too)
13. enjoys doing his church calling
14. can play any sport (little story: when we were 12 my dad took our sunday school class out boating and brandon had never waterskiied but got up on the first try)
15. really good at showing off on the wakeboard
16. gets an amazing tan in the summer
17. gave my 2 oldest kids their adorable looks (the 3rd kid is still TBD on his looks)
18. i had a secret crush on him since high school (how could i resist his HOTTNEESS?)
19. he is willing to try ANY food but doesn't take a liking to them easily
20. incredibly smart--the vocabulary on this guy alone is something to talk about
21. not afraid of a polar dip in the winter (i have pictures to prove it and man does he look amazing!)
22. determined to figure all things out
23. wants to make me happy (and HE DOES)
24. likes to eat before bed and cooks up the most amazing concoctions...it always makes me hungry
25. two words: Pearl Jam
26. fixes anything and everything in our house...and my dad's house too
27. loves innocent banter with his dad
28. and speaking of his dad, he came with the best family
29. loves tools, to collect, own, and use them
30. genius-can figure out how to do any home-improvement trade
31. sensitive but doesn't like to show it
32. gets along with everyone
33. loves me, puts up with me, and makes me happy
